Assembly services
Mechanical assembly, automation, electrical installation, pneumatics and steel structures: one team for the full scope.
ASSEMBLY WORK
We assemble automated lines, workstations and robots for the automotive and engineering industries. We dismantle and assemble rotary tables (Trommel) and relocate steel structures.
We take conveyors apart, relocate and reassemble them. We also provide locksmith and plumbing work and TÜV-certified welding (aluminium, electrode, CO2).
AUTOMATION
We assemble and dismantle lines, workstations and robots from Kuka, ABB, Fanuc and others, including accessories. At commissioning we provide mechanical support for PLC and robot programs.
PNEUMATIC INSTALLATIONS
We install automotive pneumatics (6 and 12 bar), grippers, GEO tables, and pneumatic and electropneumatic components.
We add inductive and optical sensors, including cabling. Scope is agreed with the customer.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
We carry out high- and low-voltage installations: lighting, switchboards, cable routes and measuring systems. On lines we install and dismantle electrical distribution, including cable routing, from the PENTHAUS to the final element.
We install traffic-marking and lighting technology and carry out inspections and testing of electrical equipment.
PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS
We assemble and service technological equipment, including certified pressure tests. Industrial ventilation and water piping is built from Rehau, Geberit, Geberit Mapress, Parker or Festo systems.
Our people are trained every year to work with certified materials and draw on many years of experience.
STEEL STRUCTURES
We professionally assemble and dismantle steel structures in the automotive industry: load-bearing elements, platforms, stairs and railings. We use cranes, Manitou handlers and lifting platforms, with an emphasis on precision and safety.
